Payment & Pricing

●   After receiving 50% of the payment, I will start working      on the commission.
●   The remaining 50% must be paid after the final artwork      (with watermark) has been approved, before the
     high-resolution files are delivered.
●   Payments are accepted via PayPal, Wise, or bank      transfer, in USD ($) unless specified otherwise.
●   With PayPal, a 5% transaction fee will be added to      the total price.
●   The price sheet is a general guideline only. Final      pricing depends on the complexity of the artwork and      must be agreed upon by both parties before work      begins.
●   Prices listed are for personal use only.

Process & deliverables

●   The final high-resolution file will only be delivered after      full payment is completed.
●   I will keep the client updated throughout the process.
●   Current expected turnaround time:
     1 week, depending on complexity and workload.
●   A rush fee may be applied if faster delivery is required.

Revisions

●   A maximum of 3 revisions is included per commission.
●   Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
●   Each additional revision costs 10% of the total      commission price.
●   Major changes after sketch approval may require      additional payment.

Refund policy

●   No refunds once work has started.
●   Refunds may be possible only if the client cancels      before any sketch has been made, but they are not      guaranteed.
●   If I am unable to complete the commission, a partial or      full refund may be issued depending on progress.

Responsibilities

●   After the first payment, I am responsible for completing      the commission in a reasonable timeframe.
●   The client must provide clear references and feedback      when needed.
●   Once work has started, the client agrees to pay the full      agreed amount.

Copyright & usages

I retain full copyright of all artworks unless commercial rights are purchased.I always keep the right to:
●   Claim authorship of the artwork
●   Display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materialClient is allowed to:
●   Crop or resize for social media
●   Print for personal use
●   Use the artwork for personal purposes onlyClient is NOT allowed to:
●   Modify or paint over the artwork
●   Sell or redistribute the artwork
●   Use the artwork commercially without permission
●   Mint the artwork as NFT / crypto asset
●   Use the artwork for AI training or datasets

●   I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
●   Commissioning me means you agree to these Terms of      Service.
